Our refreshing, hand-milled Lemongrass and Poppyseed Farmhouse Bars are crafted with Grass Fed Beef Tallow Blend, soothing goat milk, smooth kaolin clay, and gently exfoliating poppyseeds.
These bars are so decadent, yet gentle. Beef tallow makes your skin feel amazing and makes a hard bar that lasts a wonderfully long time. Goat's milk and a bright blend of Lemongrass and Cedarwood essential oils are the stars of this bar giving it a cheerful, citrus essence.
Our Farmhouse bars are a nice, personal size and have a natural, rustic appearance.
🌿At The Velvet Tallow I personally & meticulously craft our products using suet sourced from local farmer who raises 100% grass fed cattle. I was personally inspired to use & make tallow-based skincare by my own journey to health through animal-based eating. I believe that using tallow is in keeping with the “Nose to Tail” philosophy of using the entire animal and honors these beautiful creatures who help nourish our bodies.
